Purchased 4 grande lattes today. We got about 2 inches of coffee the fest foam!!! Really? I didn’t even ask for whip but hello! More whip than coffee and I assume it’s all 4 shots and then what? My friends and I should probably find a better place to get coffee. 9000 and Redwood. Rip off!

Starbucks - Price Hike

Starbucks raised prices on their drinks and then in light of the holidays they decided to add another price hike on top of the recent one. In addition to $$$ issue, customer service has gone down. Quite disappointed in the company as a whole.

Sometimes it takes me up to a half hour between the time I order a coffee and the time it is delivered. The staff is totally bogged down by customers that order a million types of sweet drink combinations. In our neighborhood these sickly sweet drinks are ordered...

I want to thank Starbucks for letting the public know that we can now hang out at a Starbucks store and buy nothing. I always thought when I went to a place of business I should buy something. I was wrong. I always thought Starbucks was in business to make money. I...

This policy will backfire when paying customers can't find a place to sit so they start going elsewhere to buy coffee.
