Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I complained to corporate b that this same store is not functional early in the am with staff that needs supervision.
Preferred solution: Better service and be able to purchase coffee without the we can’t do that today!

I ordered the carton of coffee at Florida ave near Warren location in hemet ca 92545.
I asked the lady what was included in the bag? She said coffee, cream and sugar.
Well Im thinking those little cream packets that are sealed no no no no not that lucky she put a cup of milk in there. The cap wasnt even sealed correctly.
Im thinking I just grabbed a bag she didnt give me any stirrers no napkins I had plenty of sugar thats for sure, but most of it got wet because I am Putting the stuff in the backseat like its all sealed up and Ive got loose milk in the same bag so when I get there I was probably dripping milk the whole way to the meeting. Unbelievable, so I get there and Im opening it up and Im like what the *** and there was milk all over everything I just couldnt believe it so as their meeting is starting and theyre like Robin goes down Im like no Ill be right there because I had to clean up the mess that Starbucks left for me , I mean how stupid can you be?

Verified ReviewerThe main reason for this review is because I experienced several things after spending time here at the 1016 West Edgar Road location of the Starbucks across from Walmart.
I've been here for 2 days trying to catch up on some school work and yesterday I informed one of the workers that there was no soap in the bathroom and she told me to give her a second but I was just informing her. I used the bathroom again later during second shift and there was still no soap in the bathroom.
I noticed today, I did not get a good morning when I walked in although I came in relatively early and after spending a considerable amount of time here, I noticed that they greeted everyone in a friendly manner but every time I went up to ask them a question or anything I was given a very short reply. Then I purchased a sandwich yesterday and the worker toasted the bread so hard that it was inedible. Then this morning when I came in I did not get a good morning & I asked for a flatbread sandwich which she gave to me with hardly anything in it so I asked her if that's how the sandwich came and instead of saying yes or no she said oh well you can just throw it out and I'll make you another one and the second one was much better the bread was softer and there was more ingredients inside. After spending a considerable amount of time here I've noticed that the demeanor towards other customers walking in was more friendly in the case when I walked in there was none of that.
I say this and I'm sending this review because after spending a considerable amount of money here,
I don't appreciate being talked to in such a disrespectful manner or with an attitude as most of these workers here are young enough to be my children. I'm a 52-year-old woman and I deserve to be spoken to with respect as I give it freely.
Also, the workers had to close two hours early because they were short staffed.. Thank you for reading this review.
Preferred solution: I do not want anything as a customer but what I suggest is that the first shift workers receive sensitivity or non-bias training.

Verified ReviewerStarbucks stealing Starbuck cards balances.
I filed a BBB complaint last month because Starbucks canceled my Starbucks Reward cards. I couldn't remember the balances, so I guessed about $9.
Starbucks played nothing but games and tried everything they could to avoid responding to the complaint. I received a couple of phone call messages asking me to contact them directly and discuss the matter. The number provided was the customer service number and when I spoke with one representative, Linda hung up the phone on me. I did not use my card since 2012 which is my prerogative.
Because of this and other reasons, Starbucks decided to close my Starbucks account. I reopened one about a few weeks ago and added a new card that I have not used yet. When I called customer service and spoke to Joseph, he stated that the $8.10 card was deactivated because it was reported stolen. Joseph also seemed to have a problem with the small balance.
I am not about to give a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION any of my money no matter how much it is. Mind you, the card was always in my Apple wallet on my phone. So the only way to steal this Starbucks wallet card is to steal my phone. Which never happened.
On my recent Starbucks complaint, customer service tried to say that my new card needs to be moved to my wallet and gave me directions on how to do it. In other words, they are implying that the new card with the 0 balance is what I am complaining about. Starbucks is still playing the same games they did on my first complaint. I strongly believe Starbucks steals Starbucks balances to make up for the lost money from the "so-called" Pandemic when their franchises were closed and many had to go out of business causing Starbucks to lose all kinds of money.
I am quite sure I am not the only victim of Starbucks theft. I have attached some documents below...
