Coffee is watery , it was also yesterday, not sweet at all. So today I added drizzle to see if it helped but didnt get the drizzle. So 2 days bad coffee and no time to leave work once Im here. My coworker makes a run for us. And so hard to get him to go back for wrong coffee.

2 comments. First. Your employees are hourly rate. This sticking the cc machine out of the drive thru windows is just ridiculous. Its also un sanitary. Your asking every customer for a tip. In Martinsburg wv & Hagerstown md. That's why this started. 2nd. I live in Martinsburg wv, and the drive thru is so dirty. It has been for quite sometime. The Martinsburg wv location store is so dirty. I've actually cut back on how much I go, and go elsewhere. If your going to charge $5. For a cup of coffee, clean up the store, windows and drive thru from trash. . Thank you Tabatha Myers.

Consistent poor customer service/rude barista's at location.

Over the last two years, the service at Starbucks has not only declined, but many of the barista's are actually intentionally rude. I finally contacted customer service with the hope this was not how Starbucks trained their employees and customer service still mattered to them. The gentleman took my information and details about my experience, said a District Manager would contact me within 48 hours and I have received nothing but an email since. Very disappointing after being a customer for years. I have already found other coffee shops and will not be going to Starbucks any longer.

Defective recycled tumbler

We purchased a mint green recycled tumbler last month at the Starbucks in Pembroke Lakes mall in Pembroke Pines Florida. The threading stripped and the cup is not usable. I tried taking to the store and they wouldnt do anything with out a receipt. I want to inform you of the defect. I am happy to share photos or mail you the item if I can please get a replacement.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I complained to corporate b that this same store is not functional early in the am with staff that needs supervision.

I have dealt with the machines being down cash only to today the espresso machine is not working. I have asked for a gift card reflecting Christmas and in my bag is a card saying your my favorite. Their needs to some adult supervision at this store. They dont call anyone to fix things and the answer is call customer service and be on your way.

I ordered the carton of coffee at Florida ave near Warren location in hemet ca 92545.

I asked the lady what was included in the bag? She said coffee, cream and sugar.

Well Im thinking those little cream packets that are sealed no no no no not that lucky she put a cup of milk in there. The cap wasnt even sealed correctly.

Im thinking I just grabbed a bag she didnt give me any stirrers no napkins I had plenty of sugar thats for sure, but most of it got wet because I am Putting the stuff in the backseat like its all sealed up and Ive got loose milk in the same bag so when I get there I was probably dripping milk the whole way to the meeting. Unbelievable, so I get there and Im opening it up and Im like what the *** and there was milk all over everything I just couldnt believe it so as their meeting is starting and theyre like Robin goes down Im like no Ill be right there because I had to clean up the mess that Starbucks left for me , I mean how stupid can you be?

The main reason for this review is because I experienced several things after spending time here at the 1016 West Edgar Road location of the Starbucks across from Walmart.

I've been here for 2 days trying to catch up on some school work and yesterday I informed one of the workers that there was no soap in the bathroom and she told me to give her a second but I was just informing her. I used the bathroom again later during second shift and there was still no soap in the bathroom.

I noticed today, I did not get a good morning when I walked in although I came in relatively early and after spending a considerable amount of time here, I noticed that they greeted everyone in a friendly manner but every time I went up to ask them a question or anything I was given a very short reply. Then I purchased a sandwich yesterday and the worker toasted the bread so hard that it was inedible. Then this morning when I came in I did not get a good morning & I asked for a flatbread sandwich which she gave to me with hardly anything in it so I asked her if that's how the sandwich came and instead of saying yes or no she said oh well you can just throw it out and I'll make you another one and the second one was much better the bread was softer and there was more ingredients inside. After spending a considerable amount of time here I've noticed that the demeanor towards other customers walking in was more friendly in the case when I walked in there was none of that.

I say this and I'm sending this review because after spending a considerable amount of money here,

I don't appreciate being talked to in such a disrespectful manner or with an attitude as most of these workers here are young enough to be my children. I'm a 52-year-old woman and I deserve to be spoken to with respect as I give it freely.

Also, the workers had to close two hours early because they were short staffed.. Thank you for reading this review.

Preferred solution: I do not want anything as a customer but what I suggest is that the first shift workers receive sensitivity or non-bias training.

For some reason you sound like you are completely enamored with yourself and sound upset the rest of the world doesn’t think so. You spend all those hours camping out at Starbucks which is sad.

At your age you should have a much nicer setup to work at home. Sorry, but at your age you are not going to get that attention you are seeking.

Im spending my money to add up my STARS for what I spend And Im not getting credit for my STARS.. This is not the first time that this Has happened to me I spend a lot of money with Starbucks and I may end up having to stop and pass on the news. There is a time last month or the month before I didnt get all my stars either very unhappy customer.

On 11/09/2023 I went to the Starbucks on Euclid Street and Market Street in San Diego and I bought a coffee cream and sugar I tipped 5$ on a &2.65 coffee and my first sip had semen in it! This was at 10:10 am. I had to make the barista call police to get my money back!

I filed a BBB complaint last month because Starbucks canceled my Starbucks Reward cards. I couldn't remember the balances, so I guessed about $9.

Starbucks played nothing but games and tried everything they could to avoid responding to the complaint. I received a couple of phone call messages asking me to contact them directly and discuss the matter. The number provided was the customer service number and when I spoke with one representative, Linda hung up the phone on me. I did not use my card since 2012 which is my prerogative.

Because of this and other reasons, Starbucks decided to close my Starbucks account. I reopened one about a few weeks ago and added a new card that I have not used yet. When I called customer service and spoke to Joseph, he stated that the $8.10 card was deactivated because it was reported stolen. Joseph also seemed to have a problem with the small balance.

I am not about to give a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION any of my money no matter how much it is. Mind you, the card was always in my Apple wallet on my phone. So the only way to steal this Starbucks wallet card is to steal my phone. Which never happened.

On my recent Starbucks complaint, customer service tried to say that my new card needs to be moved to my wallet and gave me directions on how to do it. In other words, they are implying that the new card with the 0 balance is what I am complaining about. Starbucks is still playing the same games they did on my first complaint. I strongly believe Starbucks steals Starbucks balances to make up for the lost money from the "so-called" Pandemic when their franchises were closed and many had to go out of business causing Starbucks to lose all kinds of money.

I am quite sure I am not the only victim of Starbucks theft. I have attached some documents below...

Lids come off too easily

Lids on hot drinks do not stay on cup which cause coffee to spill all over my clothes and car interior. Will not go back to Starbucks until this is resolved.

Wrong drink order

I have had two instances over the last couple of weeks when my drink order was incorrect due to a printer problem with the label. One while I was away in FL and one this morning at home in IL. In Both instances a 4 printed as a 1 and my lattes were awful. They were both mobile orders, and I had left the store before tasting my drink and realizing the issue. I am a loyal customer, but prices are too high for this to happen.
