Yummy:) Starbucks just needs a little competition and they are just the company to bring it to them, they already sell amazing chocolates and ice cream, their coffee and handcrafted drinks will be amazing, can't wait to trash my gold card.

I just got off the phone with someone in customer service and was not impressed with them. A few years ago when I had an issue with the rewards program, I had a delightful person help me out, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and happy with Starbucks. That can't be said for this lady in customer service. She was rude, condescending, unhelpful, and did not even try to turn my experience around. As someone who has spent many years in customer service, it boggles my mind when I come across workers who have no idea how to provide a great customer experience. Remember, Starbucks: It is much easier to retain happy customers than to gain new ones.

At Starbucks yesterday claiming 400 point reward. Goods up to $20.

Try claiming a reward for $22.. No sorry, you can't pay the difference. No one item is close to $20! so up to $20 OK let me have a gift card....Nope sorry can't do that.

I am confused as to why they would have had a points system that leaves such a bitter taste in your mouth. Starbucks was my go-to place. NOT anymore.

My rewards have been reduced buy 12 and get a free drink to, buy 50 drinks and get a reward. This was their reply: "The new Starbucks Rewards is designed to give equal value to all of our members. The new program will acknowledge your frequency AND the products you buy. We understand it may now take some customers a little longer to earn a Reward To help, we’ re adding new benefits including monthly Double-Star Days for Gold members and, evolving our Loyalty program will allow us to explore more ways for customers like you to earn Stars both inside and outside of Starbucks."

That's what happens when people abuse the system by getting baristas to ring items in separately and hold up the line. It's actually a much fairer system for those that buy whole beans and more expensive items. This new system means money spent = rewards, just like every other rewards system out there.

The new system is actually much fairer. The average customer spend around 5$ and lots of people buy mugs and whole beans.

Why should someone who spends $2 get the same amount of stars as someone who spends $25? This new system means that money spent = rewards just like every other rewards system out there.
